Colourwise holds no Little Greene colour data — no names, no codes, no digital values, no LRVs. Two independent refusals. The terms restrict content to personal use and forbid commercial use outright, and the site actively blocks automated access. The barrier matters beyond the technical inconvenience: putting one up is an expressed intention about automated access, and working around it would be acting against a stated position rather than an unstated one.

Could not be read: the site answers automated requests with a Cloudflare challenge. An unreadable robots.txt behind a barrier to automated access is treated as the most restrictive answer, not the absence of one.

Little Greene is "the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website"; a visitor "may print off one copy and may download extracts" for personal use but "must not use any part of the content for commercial purposes".
