Licensing & permissions

HEKNO Ltd may offer licences for editorial extracts, images, education, research or defined AI evaluation uses of Colourwise content. A request does not grant permission — a licence is effective only when confirmed in writing by an authorised HEKNO Ltd representative.

Licence terms may cover scope, purpose, users, territory, duration, fees, attribution, updates, security, redistribution, derivatives, AI processing, audit, warranties, liability and termination.
