Black frames
A strong, neutral, high-contrast frame colour.

Thin, reflective frames in gold, silver or gunmetal tones.

Transparent frames
Clear or lightly tinted plastic, allowing skin and hair tone to show through around the frame.

A confident, deliberately saturated frame colour (navy, burgundy, green and similar are common).
