Nearly everything goes with blue jeans, because people see denim as a material before they see it as a colour. The details still depend on how dark the wash is.
Mid-blue denim sits in the middle of the lightness range, so it separates well from dark and light tops. Its uneven fading stops it reading as a flat block of colour, which is why even a strong red T-shirt looks easy against it. The problem to watch is a muted top at the same lightness, which can merge with the jeans from a distance.
White or cream trainers and tan or mid-brown leather are the easy options. Black shoes can look heavy against a mid wash, though boots with some bulk carry it better than slim shoes. Formal shoes tend to look out of place, because the jeans stay casual whatever you wear with them.

Mid-blue denim jeans: a supporting piece, so it needs a clear relationship with whatever anchors the outfit.
Colours here are typical dyed-cloth values, not reference swatches, so navy is the greyed navy of a real suit. Your own garment will differ, and so will the same colour in a different fabric.
